The Accommodation

Rear Deck (11ft x 8ft approx.):

The Rear Deck, being just off the kitchen, offers an outdoor area for socialising and is large enough for dining with friends or just watching the world go by. The deck has Birch hexigrip deckboards providing access to the engine bay, two crescent Hardwood rails at the stern, plus two lockers for handy storage.

Steel doors with hardwood lining lead into the boat. Birch hexigrip steps with Oak posts and a bespoke glass panel take you down into the boat.

Kitchen (7ft 6 x 10ft 6 inches approx.)

The stylish galley is simple yet striking in design, with ceramic floor tiles, granite worksurfaces and hardwood doors in a choice of styles made from Oak, Ash or Maple. An undermounted stainless steel sink with chrome Monobloc tap is situated on one side of the kitchen with a stainless New World double oven and New World 4 burner gas hob on the other.

Plenty of storage is provided by cupboards and corner shelving and the granite worksurface extends into a breakfast bar into the living area. A 240v fridge and a washing machine complete the appliances with the option to fit a freezer or dishwasher for added convenience.

Living Area (14ft 7 x 10ft 6 inches approx.)

With plenty of space for the free-standing furniture of your choice, this light and airy room is ideal for relaxing with friends. Entertainment is provided by a 32” flat screen Television mounted on the wall with shelving either side, and a hardwood unit below (in Ash, Oak or Maple) provides cupboards and drawers and houses a DVD player. For movie or music fans optional Sony Surround Sound can be fitted.

Opening windows to both aspects provide plenty of light and enable you to take advantage of the spectacular views when cruising. Recessed downlighters combine with mood lighting to provide the ideal illumination whatever the situation.

Bathroom (7ft 3 X 7ft 3 inches approx.)

The clean modern lines of the bathroom give a spacious feel to the boat. There is a Quadrant corner shower, which is fully tiled, and a white corner- mounted Vetus pump out loo. A white ceramic basin with chrome monobloc tap is set into a Shaker style vanity unit, with a large mirror above. Further storage is provided by shelving and a storage unit.

Bedroom (14ft x 10ft 6inches approx.)

The bedroom features 4ft 6 double bed with useful shelves at either side and storage below. Three full height wardrobes – one full hanging, one half hanging and half shelves, one shelving – provide ample storage, and there are also two ‘L’ shaped dressing tables either side of the bow doors, one with a mirror.

Glazed double doors lead onto the bow deck.

General Information

The hull of the boat is manufactured under license from Aqualine Marine Limited using shot blasted steel, and painted in Automotive paint, which is spray finished to provide a high depth of colour.

The boat is luxuriously fitted out utilising top quality, hard-wearing materials. The living areas have carpet and underlay for that warm, cosy feel and kitchens and bathrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles.

ICI paint is used on the walls, complemented by a hardwood trim running along the length of the boat. There is a choice of Ash, Oak or Maple hardwoods for both the trims and the cupboards and shelving throughout the boat.

Lighting is provided by chrome trimmed halogen downlighters with multi-way switching for your convenience.
